Rubber pad roll (upper roll)

*The outer diameter is ￠ 464mm, including rubber pad ￠ 480mm.

Quick change rubber pad, wear resistance and long service life.

Surface grinding of cast steel material, hard chromium plating

*Balance correction, increase operation stability.

*The clearance between the pneumatic adjustment and the cutter die roll is 0-16mm.

*The thickness of rubber pad is 8m. Width 250mm.

*Mechanical traveling device with transverse length of 40mm. (adjustable travel speed)

Grinding mechanism:
